Policies

​Cancellation Policy:

 

Our goal is to provide quality medical treatments in a timely manner. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing a waitlisted patient from getting treated. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly "full" appointment book. A "no-show" is someone who misses an appointment and doesn’t cancel it in a timely manner. 

 

Our cancellation/no show policy is that you must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. No show's will be charged at $50 no show fee.

 

How To Cancel Your Appointment:

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you notify us least 24 hours from the beginning of your appointment. Appointments are high in demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to be seen.

Late Arrival for a Scheduled Appointment:

We understand that delays can happen, however, we must try to keep the other patients and practitioners on time. If you are running late, please notify the office as soon as possible. If a patient is 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Cancelled appointments due to late arrival will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy: We want all of our patients to be happy with their dermal filler treatments. We understand that sometimes after getting filler, it might not suit you as you thought it would. This is why we offer complimentary filler dissolver (Hylenex) to all of the filler patients we treated. (This does not include filler does at a previous practice). *Treatment must have been done within 30 days.*

Neurotoxin Touch Up Policy: Your two-week evaluation is part of your initial neurotoxin treatment and tweaks must be made no later than 14-18 days from your initial appointment date. Complimentary touch ups are for correction not movement. If you do need more Botox, Dysport or Xeomin to fully control your wrinkles, then we charge you per unit.

Walk In Policy: While we encourage pre booking an appointment so that you can be guaranteed to be seen at your desired appointment time, we accept walk in appointments Monday-Friday. We will do our best to accommodate all walk in appointments, but our pre booked appointments take precedence. You might be asked to wait, but we will do everything in our power so that you are seen same day!

Accessibility: Please note that for laser hair removal in Lawrenceville, the laser hair removal device is located up stairs. For all other services, we have a handicap accessible room. In the South Hills, all services and treatments are located one one level with no steps. Please call us if you have any questions for accessibility.
