fillir is the best med spa with the absolute best people! I have gotten multiple treatments here (Botox, filler, laser hair removal, and laser genesis) and I have absolutely loved the results! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they don’t pressure you to get procedures done that you don’t need or want. I like that their website shows their pricing upfront so I can plan accordingly financially. Overall fillir is the best med spa in the Pittsburgh and South Hills area and I would recommend this place to everyone!

The new location is perfect! I haven’t taken care of my skin and was a tad nervous of what to expect but was greeted and treated so kindly! The staff was amazing and so helpful during my express dermaplane. They took the time to write me out a basic mini starter skin care routine. I felt super relaxed during the whole treatment. They worked wonders on my filler/dysport and told me what to expect and offered breaks during treatment. I highly would recommend to come try them out !

I had such a great experience at fillir! I had a ton of anxiety about getting lip filler for the first time but everyone there put me at ease.
I ended up having a consultation to discuss my goals and everyone made me feel extremely comfortable. We decided to go with .5 of syringe and I LOVED the result. I will defiantly be back in the future :) 10/10 recommend fillir to anyone interested!

I absolutely LOVE it here!! First of all it smells INCREDIBLE! Everyone is so kind and accommodating! I’ve had two treatments so far. My injector is so knowledgeable and comforting! Even after my treatments are complete I will be returning for other services just to enjoy the atmosphere & hang out with the sweetest people !
