About You
You’re passionate about the aesthetics industry, a critical thinker, and skilled at multitasking. You work autonomously yet thrive in a collaborative environment, and you’re social media–savvy with a natural ability to network. Atleast 6 months of experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred. Active Pennsylvania RN, NP, PA license.

Client Coordinator
We are seeking a friendly, polished, and dependable Client Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact—welcoming clients, answering phones, managing appointment scheduling, and providing essential administrative support. Success in this position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who can create a warm, seamless, and professional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
