TERMS & CONDITIONS
The FillIr Society is an annual membership with a one-time nonrefundable annual payment of $250.00 due. The date payment is received is the membership start date. Membership expires 12 months from start date. On your annual renewal date, the contract will automatically renew. If you would like to cancel your contract, please send an email to contract@fillir.com 30 days from your membership renewal date.


*Discounted Neurotoxin will be discounted $2 per unit (15%) from nonmember pricing. Nonmember pricing subject to change*

CANCELLATION:
Membership is not transferable to other parties, exchangeable, or refundable.
All services, dues, and fees are subject to change without notice, though we will make every effort to inform The fillir Society members as quickly as possible in the event of changes.

EXCLUSIONS:
Club fillir coupon cards cannot be used in addition to The fillir Society discounts. Monthly Promotions cannot be used in addition to fillir Society discounts.
